21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller instantly. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep shipment of any more Product to the Buyer and may end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting agreements in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
